Dipti’s B&B has very stylish modern decorated rooms. There are 3 double bedrooms and a twin room. Two of the rooms are ensuite with private balconies. The other two share a bathroom which is located next to the bedrooms. The terrace provides stunning views with the panorama of the Monchique hills in the far distance.
A continental breakfast is served from 08:30 – 10:00 in the outdoor kitchen area. Breakfast has to be booked for in advance and will need to be paid for at the property. We serve a healthy continental breakfast with plenty of local Portuguese products and fresh fruit and juices. Different sorts of bread, tea, coffee, Portuguese hams/presunto as well as an assortment of local cheeses, yogurts will be made available. This is the time when you will get to speak to Dipti and get to know the local area. This is also the time and place where guests can discuss their holiday experience and get advice about many activities and trips in the area. Breakfast at Dipti’s is a must. Any left-overs can be used to make up sandwich and take it to the beach!
If you are going to the beach and need parasol and beach towels, just ask – it’s on the house! Just bring it back and we will wash it for you.
In the back garden there is a hot tub for the guests to enjoy. This is a private space where there are outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. If you don’t fancy the beach, why not just stay and enjoy the peace and quiet, and sun-bathe or read a book.
The rooms are all air-conditioned and have a free WiFi, a TV with Netflix, a tea/coffee machine. Complimentary water is provided. Guests are kindly requested to note their additional consumption, provided in a communal fridge in the outdoor kitchen area

Smoking policy
Please note there is a no-smoking policy in all the rooms and the rest of the communal areas within the property. Smoking is permitted in the balcony area for the rooms that have balcony providing the room doors are close. All rooms have a fire alarm which is extremely sensitive to smoke. Out of respect to the other customers guests are kindly requested to refrain from smoking in the outdoor communal area and kitchen area when other customers are present.
Dogs policy
We regret that we cannot accept pets. However, we do have references for dog owners, where we are confident that your pets will have a lovely and caring time. Please ask for details.
Pricing
Prices are in euros per room for one night’s accommodation. Price does not include breakfast. Breakfast will need to be booked in advance at a price of €7.50 per person and will need to be paid at the property. A selection of toiletries, coffee/tea in your rooms, Wi-Fi is included. IVA (Portuguese VAT) at the current rate is also included. Alternate day cleaning included.
